Addison Chante Westfall

Addison Chante Westfall, of Union City, Ohio, passed away on her birthday, January 23, 2016 at Wayne Health Care in Greenville, Ohio. She was the infant daughter of Aubrey Idle and Dustin Westfall.

Addison is survived by 3 siblings, Madison Westfall, Keegan Clark and Kageen Clark, all of Union City, Ohio; Maternal grandmother, Diana Idle of Rossburg, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Dennis (Kim) Westfall of Union City, Ohio; and great grandparents, Dick (Shirley) Westfall, also of Union City, Ohio.

A tribute service will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville with Rev. Eric Fee officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Cemetery.

Family and friends may visit, Tuesday, from 12pm until the time of the service at 1PM.
