Albert "Buck" Henry Sheets

Albert "Buck" Henry Sheets, age 88 of Rossburg, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024.

He was born on September 28, 1935 in North Star, to the late Lavina and Ralph Sheets.

In addition to his parents, Albert is preceded in death by his loving wife, Leona C. Sheets and son, Larry E. Sheets.

Albert is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Susan E. Thornhill of Castle Hills, Texas, Charlotte A. (Keith) Threewits of Union City; Ruth E. Nusbaum of Celina; Marilyn K. (Jeff) Cotner of Eaton; Judy C. (Robert) Stachler of Greenville; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

He retired as a truck driver and drove for years, he drove many miles for many different companies. Albert loved riding his motorcycle, camping, traveling, cooking, bluegrass festivals and country music. More than anything, Albert enjoyed spending time with his family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30 PM on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Tribute Funeral Homes with Pastor Eric Knight officiating. Family and friends may visit from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Everheart Hospice.
