Angela "Angie" Jean Emerson (Miller)

Angela "Angie" Jean (Miller) Emerson, 44, of Arcanum, passed away unexpectedly on January 18, 2014 at her residence. Angie was born March 23, 1969 in Dayton, Ohio to Thornton and Janice (Smith) Miller of New Madison. Angie loved spending time with her family and was a loving housewife. In addition to her parents, Angie is survived by her husband, Raymond "Ray" Emerson whom she married on June 24, 2004; a grandmother, Florence Smith of New Madison; a brother, David Miller and fianc�, Kristy of New Madison; a sister, Aimee and Kenny Martin of Greenville; four nephews and two nieces. Angie is preceded in death by her grandparents, Pearl Smith, Gallio and Easter Miller; her brother, Bobby Miller, and nephew, John Robert Martin. A Celebration of Life service will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Eric Fee officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children fund or the ASPC. Services entrusted to Braund Pope Funeral Home in New Madison.
