Bob White

Bob White, 76, of Greenville, passed away Thursday morning, April 3, 2014 at his residence.

He was born March 16, 1938 in Logan, WV, son of the late Ray and Estie (Hager) White. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother and 2 sisters.

Bob had retired from the former Valor Enterprises where he had worked a sales representative. He was a veteran of the US Navy and was a member of the Elk's, Eagle's, Moose, Greenville Masonic Lodge #143, Scottish Rite and the Darke County Shrine Club.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sondra K. (Shiverdecker) White, whom he married September 27, 1980; children, Michelle (Scott) Ritchie, Carl (Tina) Hoskins, Tracy (John) Schmidt, Roberta White, and Chuck White; grandchildren, Evan, Scotty, Heather, Jessica, Tricia, Courtney, Tiffany, Isaac, and David.

A Masonic memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 8, at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, burial will follow in the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
