Celia Ann Frazer, 71, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023, at the EverHeart Care Center in Greenville.
She was born on September 8, 1951, in Richmond, Indiana, to the late Charles and Ruth Ann (Kreitzer) Harris.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William "Bill" H. Frazer, who she married on August 17, 1974; her children, Heidi (Curt) Klosterman of Greenville, and Matthew Frazer of Columbus; her granddaughters, Madison and Brianna Klosterman; her brother, Charlie Harris of Arcanum; her niece, Amanda Harris of Columbus; and her brother-in-law, Thomas (Shelley) Frazer of Greenville.
Celia was a 1971 graduate of Greenville High School. She had a caring heart and wanted to help anyone she could. Those attributes made Celia the perfect nursing assistant. She worked at the Brethren Home, Rest Haven, and Wayne Healthcare throughout the years. Celia was an active supporter and volunteer for the Girl Scouts, and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Union City. In her free time, Celia loved to garden and watch her granddaughters participate in their various activities.
A Funeral Mass will take place at 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Union City, with Father Peter Logsdon celebrating. Burial in Greenville Union Cemetery will take place at a later date.
Guests may visit with Celia's family on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus.
