Donald E. Brickler, Jr.

Donald “Donnie” E. Brickler, Jr., 60, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at his home.

He was born on September 26, 1963, in Greenville and is survived by his parents, Donald “Don” ( Kara) Brickler, Sr. and Darlene (Glen) Sell.

In addition to his parents, Donnie is survived by his wife of 25 years, LuAnn (Boyd) Brickler; his children, Ashley (Ben) Miller of Brookville, Heidi (Grant) Jones of Greenville, and Laine Brickler of Greenville; his grandchildren, Lexie and Lucas Shoop, and little Oliver Jones on the way; his brother, Danny (Julie) Brickler of Greenville; and many friends.

Donnie was a hard worker and gave everything he did 110%. He worked for Affordable Tire, drove semi as an owner/operator for several years, and most recently worked for 3-Way Electric. Donnie had a heart of gold, but also made it a career to give everyone a hard time. His goal was to ensure you were having fun and had a smile on your face. In his free time, Donnie enjoyed going horseback riding, going out on the lake on his boat, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He loved all animals and enjoyed spending time with his dog, Brody. But most of all, Donnie’s family was his pride and joy. He loved every second he was able to spend with them. His cantankerous personality and his straightforward remarks will be remembered.
