Doris Ann (Wampler) Siders Gray

Doris Ann (Wampler) Siders Gray, age 87, of Greenville, OH, passed away, Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

She was born Monday, July 2, 1928 in Greenville, OH, a daughter of the late George and Mary (Taylor) Wampler.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her first husband Frank Siders, who passed away in 1971; her second husband John Gray, who passed away in 1983; 2 children, Brice Siders and Bruce Siders; and her brother, George Wampler.

Doris was a member of the Greenville Moose for over 30 years. She was a member of the Greenville Eagles and Greenville American Legion. Doris loved to travel and devoted her life to her family. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Doris is survived by her children, Brent (Sharon) Siders and Brian (Joyce) Siders, both of Greenville, OH; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Oliver Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville with Rev. Peter Menke officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens in Greenville.

Family and friends my visit Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the funeral home. The Greenville Moose will conduct a Lodge of Sorrow immediately following at 6:45 PM.

Memorial contributions by be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
