Forrest "Rick" Cline

Forrest "Rick" Cline, 61, of Greenville, passed away early Wednesday morning, November 12, 2008 at Heartland of Greenville. He was born in Mercer County, son of the late Pale and Bernadine Cline. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a step son Donnie and two sisters, Joanne Foster and Karen Husted. Rick was a veteran of the US Army. He had worked at Union City Body Company. He was a member of the American Legion Post in New Madison. He is survived by his wife, Shewanna E. (Harter) Cline, whom he married April 27, 1984; a son, Rick Cline; step children, Melody Daugherty and Melanie Strong; several grandchildren; a brother, Marvin "Louie" Cline of Streetsboro, OH; and sisters, Debbie Lee of Greenville, Barbara Colby of Rossburg and Sandy Hurt of Coldwater. Memorial services with full military honors by the Greenville Veterans Honor Guard will be held Saturday, November 15 at 11 a.m. at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville with the Rev. Sam Hoeflich officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. till services at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
