Gary Glenn Skaggs

Gary G. Skaggs, 65, of Greenville, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 19, 2008. He was born March 10, 1943, son of the late Glenn and Doreen (Peden) Skaggs in Richmond, Indiana.
Gary was the owner of Tip Top Tree Service for over 30 years. He was a member of the Family Prayer Center in Greenville and a member of the Darke Co. Emmeas music team. Gary has a BA from the Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
Gary is survived by his wife Rebecca J. (Morgan) Skaggs; one son, Gary Joseph (Joey) Skaggs; a step daughter, Michelle and husband Larry Mendenhall; a step father, Samual Lindamood; two brothers, Tony (Luann) Lindamood and Darrell (Betty) Skaggs; four sisters Roseanna (Jerry) Ryder, Vickie Wicker, Chris (Jack) Adkins and Kim (Steve) Cofield; two step children and three step grandchildren.
Services will be held 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at the Lighthouse Christian Center in Greenville, Ohio with the Revs. Chris Barhorst and Herschel Fee being asked to officiate. The visitation for Gary will be on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 from 4 – 8 p.m. also at the Lighthouse Christian Center. Burial will be in the Hollansburg Cemetery.
