Glenn Mccoy

Glenn McCoy, age 83, of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at his home.

He was born in Kistler, West Virginia on September 8, 1938 to the late William and Pearl (McNeely) McCoy.

In addition to his parents Glenn was preceded in death by his stepson, Douglas Edwards.

Glenn retired from Troy in Sunshade in Greenville, Ohio. Before working for Sunshade, Glenn was employed by Sheller Globe. Glenn loved country music and in his younger days, played lead guitar in a local band. He will be remembered as a car enthusiast who enjoyed NASCAR.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Odema (Grirton) McCoy whom he married on November 7, 1974; his son, Rusty (Sherry) Edwards of Union City, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ryan Edwards of Union City, Kassie (Adam) Cothran of Greenville and Kelsie Edwards of Muncie, Indiana; and his great grandson, Carson Cothran.

A grave side service will be held at Greenville Union Cemetery on Friday, December 17, 2021, at 10:00 AM.

Memorial contributions may be given to Tribute Funeral Home for "Kentucky Tornado Relief", 1000 N. Broadway, Greenville, Ohio 45331.
