Janet E. Hall

Janet Eileen Hall, 81, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 6, 2021, at her home.

She was born on September 4, 1939, in Union City, Indiana, to the late Marvin and Edna (Poling) Erwin.

Janet was a 1957 graduate of Ansonia High School. She spent many years working in retail around the Darke County area. Janet loved her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, reading, and watching old television shows.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her son, Monte Hall; her brothers, Jim and Buddy Erwin; and her sister, Sharon Mayo.

Janet is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jerry Hall; her son, Marty (Candy) Hall of Sharpsburg, Georgia; her grandchildren, Danny (Kim) Hall of Greenville, Dustin (Jessica) Hall of Greenville, Taylor Hall and Garrett Hall of Sharpsburg, Georgia; her great-grandchildren, Erika Hohler-Schleiger, Brett (Hillary) Schleiger, Brianna (Tyler) Etter, Bellamy Hall and Rowen Hall; her 4 great-great grandchildren; her brother, Kenny (Marilyn) Erwin; and sister-in-law, Norma Erwin.

A celebration of Janet's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, with Pastor Glen Bryant officiating.

Janet's family will receive guests on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
