Jennifer Marie Lemon

Jennifer Marie Lemon, 37, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at The James Cancer Center at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

She was born on August 25, 1984, in Greenville, Ohio to Mark (Dawn) Lemon and Ruby (Mark) Lutz all of Greenville.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Bill and Mary Printz, Roy and Mary Davidson, Ruby Huerkamp, and Daisy Lemon.

Jennifer was many things to many people, and everyone loved her. She had amazing personality. She was patient and kind, sassy and playful, always making jokes and flirting with her doctors. She found such joy in simple things, like instant lottery tickets, Icee's, and Disney movies. This past April, she was able to go to Disney World and meet all the princesses and Disney characters.

Jennifer was the undisputed #1 grandchildren on all sides. She loved her family and was always making sure they were doing alright. She was inquisitive, understanding and accepting. She was always lucky in everything she did. She won several prizes, always seemed to catch the biggest fish, or on occasion the only fish. She loved to give gifts, and of course receiving gifts. She loved spending her money and taking naps. She was a fighter till the end. Her determination and courage were inspirational.

In addition to her parents, Jennifer is survived by her bonus parents, Dawn Lemon and Mark Lutz; her sister, Nichole Lemon of Greenville; her brothers, Nathaniel and Mark Lazar, both of Greenville; her step-sisters, Jennie Woodall of Troy, Ohio, and Jess Nalu of Hawaii; her paternal grandparents, Dennis Lemon, and Sandra (Rock) Warrick all of Greenville; her maternal grandparents, Betty (Ken) Via of Greenville, and Ron (Bonnie) Huerkamp of Dayton, Ohio; and countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Jennifer's life will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, with Pastors Brad Ratliff and Jan Roestamadji officiating.

Her family will be receiving guests on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until the time of the service at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
