John H. "Crash" Cradduck, Sr., 67, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
He was born on October 30, 1955, in Oregon, to the late Rosemary Wetzel.
Crash is survived by his son, John (Marivel Johnston) Cradduck of Vandalia, Ohio; his grandchildren, Celinda, and Jovanni Cradduck; his fiancé, Dannetta Strobel of Greenville; and his sister, Kathy Carson.
Crash volunteered and joined the United States Army when he was 17, during the Vietnam War. After serving, he returned home and began his life-long career of being a jack-of-all-trades and a master of most. There were very few things Crash couldn't do. He was an artist, painter, and enjoyed constructing dioramas. He loved playing video games, watching movies and was a die-hard Star Wars fan.
