Keith Delone Burns

Keith Burns, 87 of New Madison, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at State of the Heart Care Center in Greenville.

He was born June 16,1930 in Miami County, Ohio, the son of the late Horace and Edith (Starr) Burns.

In addition to his parents, Keith is preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Burns; his sister, Treva Wackler; and his brother, Roger "Bud" Burns.

Keith attended Butler Schools and was a 1948 graduate of New Madison High School. He was a longtime businessman in New Madison, where he owned and operated Burns Sohio Service Station. He was a past auctioneer and real estate agent.

Keith is survived by his children, Sherry (Steve) Hubler of Cedarville, Kent Burns of New Madison, Kris (Shelly) Burns of New Madison, and Kraig Burns of New Madison; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; step-daughters and their spouses, Jane (Loren) Bice of Norwalk, California and Julie (Mike) Johnson of Carson City, Nevada; 6 step-grandchildren; 13 step-great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law; Dewane (Martha) Burns of Grand Haven, Michigan; sister-in-law, Romana "Dote" Burns of Piqua; and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
