Kenneth Duane Shiverdecker

Kenneth "Kenny" Shiverdecker, 85, of Greenville, passed away Friday, July 6, 2018 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana.

He was born January 25, 1933 to the late Roy and Celia (Armstrong) Shiverdecker.

In addition to his parents, Kenny was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Shiverdecker; his daughter, Sheila Slauter; his siblings, Richard Shiverdecker, Wilma Routzong, and Evelyn Stuck.

Kenny was retired from Corning. He enjoyed golfing, throwing darts, playing cards and being a jokester.

He is survived by his son, Brian Shiverdecker of Greenville; his grandchildren, Laci (Willis)Yaney of Greenville, Brandi (Rob) Byram of Ansonia, Katelyn Shiverdecker of Piqua, Jesica Shiverdecker of Pleasant Hill, Christina Shiverdecker of Troy; his great-grandchildren, Bailey, Brooklyn, Braxton, Michael, and Makynna; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Kenny's life will be held at 7 pm on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, with Rev. Eric Fee officiating.

The family will be receiving guests on Tuesday from 4 pm until the time of the service at 7 pm at the funeral home.
