Kent A. Klosterman, 60, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
He was born on February 25, 1961, in Greenville, Ohio, to Judy (Boyer) Hardy and the late Robert Klosterman.
In addition to his father, Kent was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Mildred Boyer and Richard and Ruth Klosterman.
Kent was an avid Harley lover, and few things could separate him from his beloved bikes. He was a member of the Eagles, VFW, and the American Legion. Kent enjoyed volunteering each year putting the flags up around the circle and was the past president of the Sons of the Legion. He also enjoyed going fishing at the VFW and playing cards with his family and friends.
In addition to his mother, Judy and his stepfather, Ben Hardy, Kent is survived by his son, Brian Klosterman; his grandchildren, Issac and Preston Klosterman, and Parker Grille; his great granddaughter, Adeline Rose; his brothers, Tim (Carla) Klosterman of Greenville, Kevin (Stephanie) Klosterman of Tipp City, and Robert (Chris) Klosterman of Greenville; his sister, Janel (Kelly) Byrum; his special friend, Jodi Edger; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Kent's life will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, December 10, 2021, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus. Burial will follow in Stelvideo Cemetery.
Guests may visit with Kent's family on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at noon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help off set final expenses.
