Miles D. Davis

Miles Duane Davis, 39, of Paris, Illinois, formerly of Greenville, Ohio, passed away at 3:25 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 2024, in the emergency room of Horizon Health.

He was born August 13, 1984, in Dayton, Ohio. He married Jennifer L. Fegett on February 13, 2012, in Georgetown, Illinois, and she survives.

Other survivors include his parents, Brent Davis of West Milton, Ohio, Rita Davis of Dayton, Ohio, and Nina Baker of Indianapolis, Indiana; his grandparents, George Noeth and Monika Green; eight children, Caleb Davis, Landon Davis, Joshua “B.B.” Pickering, Caleb Pickering, Zoie Davis, Miles Davis II, Zayden Davis, and McKenna Davis; a brother, Krystafer Carter; two sisters, Alexandra Carter and Jessika Weadick; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Davis was a graduate of the Hobart Welding School of Troy Ohio. Miles loved music and had an upbeat and fun-loving personality. He enjoyed sports and was a loyal San Francisco 49ers fan. Miles loved being a dad and was happiest when having fun with his children.

A prayer service will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Tribute Funeral Homes, 1000 N. Broadway Street, Greenville, Ohio 45331.

Guests may visit with the family on Thursday from 5:00 PM until the start of the prayer service at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
