Missy Geeding

Helen "Missy" Geeding, 57, of New Madison, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at the EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.

She was born on August 28, 1965, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Jack and Helen (Yocum) Berry.

In addition to her parents, Missy was preceded in death by her brothers, Jack, Robert, and Rick Berry; her mother-in-law, Shirley Geeding; and her brother-in-law, Troy Geeding.

Missy had a big heart. She loved her children, grandchildren and a deep love for all animals. She was a great cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family. She collected Angels and enjoyed listening to country music and loved listening to Elvis.

Missy is survived by her children, Ashley (Preston) Fillers of Moraine, Ohio, and Derek (Amber) Geeding of Potsdam, Ohio; her grandchildren, Hunter and Harper Geeding; her siblings, Teresa (Rick) Hoskins, James Berry, Dawn (John) Berry, and Kelly (Jeff) Harbaum; her father-in-law, Ralph (Judy) Geeding; and her close friend, Shirley Ditty.

A Celebration of Missy's life will be announced and held at a later date.
