Nicholas Woodruff

Nick A. Woodruff, 24, of Greenville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 14, 2019, near Greenville.

He was born on July 7, 1995, in Greenville, to Eugene Woodruff and Vicky Constable, both of Greenville.

Nick was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Aaron Wogoman; and his paternal grandparents, Dave and Mary Woodruff.

Nick was a 2013 graduate of Greenville High School. Throughout high school, he was an active athlete where he was a member of the varsity football and wrestling teams. He enjoyed playing baseball throughout his life. During his teenage years, Nick spent many summers playing for the GTI baseball teams. Nick was a team player and enjoyed pushing himself and his teammates to the fullest. After graduation, Nick began to work for Hupman's Lawn Care and Landscaping in Greenville.

He was a caring and loving person. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially while riding his motorcycle and spending time outdoors. He was a simple man who lived a simple life. He enjoyed the natural beauty of the outdoors and expressing his skills through woodworking. Nick was a total goofball and enjoyed humoring others.

In addition to his parents, Nick is survived by his stepfather, Scott Constable of Greenville; his girlfriend, Jodee Burns and their daughter, Rylee of Greenville; his maternal grandmother, Charlene and Tom Bergman of Greenville; his numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his many friends.

A celebration of Nick's life will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 22, 2019, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus with Pastor Doug Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery near Fort Jefferson, Ohio.

Guests may visit with Nick's family on Sunday, July 21, 2019, from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
