Norene F. Renfro

Norene F. (Fletcher) Renfro, 83, of Greenville and formerly of Overton Texas, passed away early Tuesday morning, November 17, 2009 at the Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville. She was born in Greenville, the daughter of the late Harry Victor and Eva (Aten) Fletcher. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Renfro on November 26, 1997; brothers, Herman, Roscoe and Chester Fletcher; and sisters, Frances Wilt and Thelma Marie Fletcher. A homemaker, Norene spent most of her adult life in Louisiana, Arkansas, and eastern Texas areas. She is survived by a brother, Richard A. (Charlotte) Fletcher of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Friday, November 20, at 11 a.m. at the Abbottsville Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Oser officiating. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville.
