Patricia Ann White

Patricia Ann White, 72, of Greenville and formerly of Sun City, Arizona, passed away on May 13, 2015 at State of the Heart Hospice Unit at Wayne Health Care in Greenville. Patricia was born on June 12, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Christian and Helen (Kuta) Laursen.
Patricia loved traveling, casinos, playing games such as Scrabble and trivia, but most of all spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Contee A. White; brother, Thomas Laursen; extended family, Darlene White, William Randell, Vernon White, Jack White, Mona and Pat Wagner, William White and Lee and Glenna White.
Left to cherish her memory are special nieces, Rod and Carol Paul and Julie Laursen; extended family, H. Dean White, Mary Jo Randall , Douglas and Nancy White, Della White and Jan White; and several cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville with Father White officiating as they celebrate. Friends and family may visit 1 hour prior to service at 9:30 AM also at the church. Family request memorial contributions be given to State of the Heart Hospice. Burial will follow at a later date in Arlington Cemetery, Washington DC.
