Robert Allan Rodrigues

Robert A. Rodrigues, Sr., 68, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Aiden Healthcare in Greenville.

He was born on August 27, 1954, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to the late James and Dora (Akana-leong) Rodrigues.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Angel Rodrigues; his brother, Anthony "Tony" Shannon; and his brothers-in-law, Ben Seger and Mervin Spencer; his sisters-in-law, Jackie Shannon and Leandra Rodrigues.

Robert is survived by his children, Nicki (Scoob) Cook of New Madison, Ohio, Robert (Diann) Rodrigues Jr. of Versailles, Ohio, and JayB. Rodrigues of West Manchester, Ohio; his grandchildren, Logan Rodrigues, Damion (Lexie) Cook, Corey Rodrigues, Camden Cook, Elizabeth Rodrigues, Haven Rodrigues, and Havenlee Rodrigues; his great grandson, Nash Cook; his siblings, Patricia Seger of Russia, Ohio, James "Sparky" Rodrigues, Cynthia Spencer, Marleen (Gilbert) Quiroz, and Deborah Yau, all of Hawaii; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert was a 1972 graduate of Russia High School. He worked for various companies throughout the years, working for Crow Seed and General Motors. Robert enjoyed playing pool, poker, and darts. He also liked going fishing, antiquing, and tinkering with old cars.

A reception of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus.

The family request that everyone joins them in their favorite pair of jeans and a flannel shirt.
