Ruth Ellen Witters

Ruth Ellen Witters, 72, of Greenville, passed away early Friday morning, April 11, 2008 at Gade Nursing Home in Greenville. She was born in Greenville, daughter of the late William Basil and Mary Lucille (Supinger) Witters. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Ruth Ellen had worked for several years at Wayne Industries in Greenville. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses. She is survived by 3 brothers, Lee Roy (Fern) Witters of Dayton, Glen Ray (Becky) Witters of Troy and Herbert E. (Betty) Witters of Greenville; a sister, Esther Viola (Don) Baltes of Tucson, AZ; a sister-in-law, Ruth Witters of Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be held Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at the Emanuel Cemetery, near Coletown. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville.
