Ruth Marjorie Comer

Ruth Marjorie (Rhoades) Comer, 92, of Greenville, passed away on October 9, 2013 at the Brethren's Retirement Community. Ruth was born June 21, 1921 in Darke County, Ohio to the late Russell and Edith(Kesler)Rhoades.
Ruth attended Triumphant Christian Center Church of God. She loved to travel to and visit Frostproof, Florida. Ruth also loved anything golf. She enjoyed carving things out of wood, including sharks and frogs.
Ruth is survived by her son and daughter in law, Robert Lester and his wife Darlene Comer of New Madison; two grandsons, Rob and his wife Sandy of Fountain City, Indiana and Rikki Comer of Fountain City, Indiana; two sisters and brothers in law, Dorothy and her husband Marlin Young of New Madison and Naomi and her husband Robert Rank of Greenville.
In addition to her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Lester Comer in 1971 and a sister Marie.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Sam Shilot officiating.
