Sue E. Harmeson

Sue E. Harmeson, 70, of Rossburg, passed away Monday afternoon, August 16, 2010 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She was born July 17, 1940 in Piqua, daughter of the late Norman and Catherine (Crowell) Miller. Sue was a school teacher having taught at several of the Darke County schools before retiring from the Ansonia School System. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Ft. Recovery. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, James K. Harmeson whom she married September 13, 1959;children, Kimberly (Jeff Wieser) Harmeson of Lauralville, OH, Jeff Harmeson of Houston, TX, Jason (Danette) Harmeson of Alpine, CA and Justin (Tara) Harmeson of Baltimore, MD; 4 grandchildren, Chelsey, Josey, Chandler and Isabella Harmeson; and two sisters, Beth (Jack) Davis and Nancy (Charles) Rue both of Greenville. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, August 21 at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the children's charity of the donor's choice.
