Tearl L. Jones

Tearl L. Jones, 77, of Greenville, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2015 at Heartland of Greenville. Tearl was born on March 7, 1937 in Berea, KY to the late Lloyd and Ester (Lunsford) Jones.



Tearl worked as a machinist for the Thiemann Company in New Bremen, Ohio. He served his country honorably in the United States Navy. Tearl loved collecting things and watching T.V.



In addition to his parents, Tearl is preceded in death by an infant daughter.



Tearl is survived by his wife, Elease Jones; sons, Lester (Melody) Jones and Terri Jones-Moody all of Chattanooga, TN; step sons, Marty (Donna) King of Greenville, Ohio and Mike (Holly) King of Botkins, Ohio; a step daughter, Angela (Donnie) Hurst of Corbin, KY; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; 1/2 brothers, Gary and Butch Goshorn; a 1/2 sister, Alice Brown.



Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Family request memorial contributions be given to State of the Heart Hospice in honor of Tearl for the wonderful care they provided.
