Terry Lee Ungericht

Terry Lee Ungericht, 68 of Union City, Indiana and formerly of Ansonia, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at State of the Heart Care Center in Greenville. He was born February 20,1950 in Greenville, Ohio to late Earl & Vivian (Snyder) Ungericht.

Terry was retired and had worked at Copeland/Emerson. He was a member of the VFW in Union City, Indiana and Greenville, American Legion in Union City, Indiana, and Elks Lodge in Union City, Indiana. Terry was always trying to make deals; he loved to barter and trade. He was an avid card player and was a jokester who was always trying to pull pranks on anyone he knew. However, even though he liked to prank, he was a very a giving and loving person and would give you the shirt off his back. Most of all he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his grandparents; sister: Sherry Ungericht Prasuhn; and his brother, Garry Ungericht.

He is survived by his children, Justin Ungericht (Tyra Vanatta) of Greenville, Jamie Sloan (Kevin Marrs) of Union City, Indiana, and Sarah (Aaron) Roth of Union City, Indiana; his grandchildren, Hailee Jones, Gracie Jones, Ryleigh Jones, Alexis Roth, Aydrian Sonner, Caiden Roth, and Auston Roth; sisters, Connie Marker of Greenville, Bill (Jerry) Riffell of Ansonia; half-sister, Christi Ungericht Bailey of Greenville; numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Terry's Life will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, with Pastor David Roth officiating.

Family will receive friends on Thursday from 3:00 PM until time of services at the funeral home.
