Twila C. Carter

Twila Carol Carter, 95, of New Madison, Ohio, passed away at The Village Green Health Campus in Greenville, Ohio.

She was born on January 17, 1926, in New Madison to the late Chelsea and Garnette (Mages) Barga.

In addition to her parents, Twila was preceded in death by her husband, Chester "Chet" Carter; her brother, Richard Barga; and her son in law, Daniel Frech.

Twila enjoyed going to auctions very much and was a member, for nearly 70 years, of the New Madison American Legion Auxiliary.

Twila is survived by her daughters, Karen Frech and Kimberly and Paul Wolfe, all of New Madison; her grandchildren, Phil and Jessica Frech, Kevin and Sabrina Frech, Michelle and John Lowman, Shannon Rader, Andrew Wheelock and fiancé, Mandy Moore; several great grandchildren; and her brother, Jack and Bette of Homosassa, Florida.

A private service will be held at the convenience of Twila's family with Pastor Don Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Greenmound Cemetery in New Madison.
