Vada Lennen

Vada U. Lennen, age 92 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 16, 2025, at the Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville.

She was born on December 12, 1932 in Darke County, Ohio, to the late Jess and Laverna (Stephens) Lennen.

In addition to her parents, Vada is preceded in death by her twin sister Vera Lennen, and her sister Mary Lennen.

Vada is survived by her cousins, Jane (Stephens) McManus, and John Stephens (Darcy); and many friends in Greenville.

Vada worked as a bookkeeper for The Citizens Bank (now known as Fifth Third Bank) for 34 years. She was devout Christian and loved the Lord. Vada was a life-long member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Greenville. 

A celebration of Vada's life will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, February 22, 2025, with Pastor Doug Klinsing officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Union Cemetery. 

Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM at the funeral home on Saturday.
