Veronica "Sam" Lynn Fields

Veronica Lynn (Sam) Fields, 58, of New Madison, Ohio, passed away on October 9, 2014 at her residence. Sam was born in Winchester, Indiana on April 21, 1956 to Mable Bricker of New Madison, Ohio and the late Vernon Fields.

Sam was employed at Laux Farm Seed Services. She graduated from Winchester High School in 1974. Sam loved her Lord and spending time with family.

In addition to her father, Sam is preceded in death by her dog "Indy".

Sam is survived by her mother; sisters, Connie (Toby) Tyler of MI and April (Tom) Newton of Tipp City, Ohio; nieces and nephews, Abbey (Michael) Less, Michael (Rebecca) Colamarino, Lena Colamarino, Sarah Colamarino, Westin Newton, Paul Tyler and Mark Tyler.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11 AM on October 13, 2014 at Hollansburg Christian Church, Hollansburg, Ohio with Pastor Toby Tyler, Eric Laux and Pastor Joe Hanna officiating. Friends may visit one half hour before services also at the church. Burial will follow in the Weimer Cemetery North 300 East, Saratoga, Indiana. Family request memorial contributions be given to Victory World Missions.
