Virgie P. St.

Virgie P. St. John, of Union City, OH, passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 7, 2010, at the Union City Care Center. She was born April 15, 1913 in Montgomery County, Ohio, daughter of the late John and Amanda (McFarland) Kline.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert St. John; brothers, Richard, Russell and Elmer Kline; and sisters Ada Eaton, Lucille Ferguson and Ruby Fitzpatrick. Virgie was an electrical worker with Crown in New Bremen and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Union City. She is survived by her sons, Donald St. John of Union City, IN and Robert St. John of Talent, OR; grandchildren, Russell St. John and Joyce Bicknell; and great grandchildren, Kyle Rush, Justin, Corey, Jon and Jacob Draughn. Services will be held Wednesday, July 14, at 11 a.m. at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Paul Murdock officiating.  Burial will follow in the Miami Memorial Park near Covington, OH. The  family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 9:30-11 a.m.
